Review on HOEN Shank Cutter Concrete Cement by James Holker

Suitable for limited use

Decent tool for limited use and good value for money. I've used this bit and several other sizes to drill multiple holes in 8" cast concrete, cinder block, and brick and they all worked well enough to get the job done. the hardest and if I had to drill holes more often I would definitely buy a better quality tool. But for a one-time job or occasional use, they'll get the job done. I don't recommend hammering on the rebar as you'll end up with a toothless bit. Also, the set screws (little bolts) that hold the center bits in place tend to loosen due to vibration, so apply some RED thread lock and let it dry overnight before use to avoid some disappointment. You won't get there. You're only going to break the head of a cheap imported small steel screw. For reasonable performance and as long as you keep your expectations down, this is a good buy.
