I didn't like these little tools. There are only 2 sizes. One that appears small and one that is medium in size. Definitely not for swollen fingers unless you plan to slide the tool very far down your finger. I bought these hoping to help with my stress. Not to make it even, but to take the pressure off my index finger guiding my yarn while crocheting. It did not work. The point where the yarn runs through the "tops" always catches the end of the wire. Very frustrating. I hate that they can't be returned. Luckily they weren't expensive.
