I appreciate that they provide a lot of different features to help our office streamline the claims process. The software is easy to use and is very efficient at finding medical codes, which is critical to our claims' success. I was very happy with the overall customer service. They have a wonderful team. The customer service in our branch has been wonderful. I really appreciate that! I have not had to find any issues with the software. It is quite efficient. I do like that it is user friendly. The software is easy to navigate. The software is efficient. I like how easy it is to upload all my claims and documentation. It's very user friendly. There are some glitches here and there, but this has been resolved quickly by Allscripts. There have been times where it will not open, but restarting the computer usually fixes this. We've had benefits issues with our clients, which we were able to resolve. This has allowed us to be more efficient and spend less time dealing with these problems.
