Does more harm than good.
If I could give zero stars I would. This showed that it was safe for the walls until the paint dried. I just moved into an apartment that was painted months ago. I noticed my pup scratching the windowsill and as a renter I wanted to do my best to protect the paint so I wouldn't have to repaint later. I ran the product on the windowsill and found at the end that it wasn't even. I wanted to rip the tape and so much color came out! So I have to repaint it rather than if I hadn't painted anything at all. DO NOT BUY FOR PAINTED SURFACES!
