The box arrived with no outer box and you could hear the broken parts before opening. Broken glass falls out no matter how carefully I try to open the box. I cleaned the broken glass and washed the remaining 4. The first time I poured hot water into one of the remaining cups, the bottom immediately cracked and cracked. These are cheap mugs and supplied by people who don't seem to know what they are doing. It may not be that this box is ready to ship.
