I first reviewed this as a plan to return the product. But I decided to give it another shot. I thought if I could ignore the fact that this shampoo produces no lather whatsoever, and just see how it treats my hair, then maybe I'd want to keep it. I still don't like that there is no lather because it seems harder to work through my hair and feel like it's actually getting clean, but my hair definitely looks and feels soft and clean after shampooing and drying. You do need a decent conditioner to untangle and comb through, but I plan to finish the bottle and reevaluate.
