Waste product. The outer bracket didn't snap properly and half the plastic clips were so flimsy that they broke when inserted. I think I might get lucky and be able to take my old brackets and strip off the chrome and replace them with shiny black ones and put them on, but if I didn't have the originals it would be a waste of money. I used to buy gloss black grills from Ecstuning and they lasted for years until someone stole one off my hood. I suggest spending the extra $50 and buying it from ecstuning.com.
