Review on πŸ₯› FoodVille MF05 Rechargeable Milk Frother USB Charging Handheld Foam Maker + Extra Frother for Cappuccino, Latte, Bulletproof Coffee, Keto Diet, Protein Powder, Matcha by Kari Barley

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good for the most part, with one design flaw - see update - five stars for the new version!

*I have upgraded my rating from 3 to 4 stars due to customer service. The seller's response to customer reviews is excellent. This particular model (MF05) still gets 3 stars from me, but the new version (MF09) definitely deserves 5 stars. See updates below. * Second update: I got the new version (FoodVille MF09) and I like it very much. This solves the variable speed problem. The three speeds are still available, but each has its own on/off switch, eliminating the need to switch between them. It also comes with an additional hook attachment for mixing powders with liquids, as well as a charging station. It's a few dollars more expensive, but definitely worth it! Buy the MF09 version, https://amazon.com/FoodVille-Rechargeable-Stainless-Cappuccino-Bulletproof/dp/B0872RLB4V/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=foodville+mf09&qid=1595520925&sr=8-1 Recommend buying at this seller ( FoodVille). They are very attentive and customer oriented. I will leave a 5 star review for this frother! Update: FoodVille contacted me to say they have a new version of this frother that fixes the variable speed issue I was complaining about. They send me a new blower and I will post a review of the updated version soon. The new version is FoodVille MF09 so check it out as it sounds better than the MF05 which I bought and reviewed here. In addition to fixing the speed issue, they added a charging station. I've had this foamer for a few months now. All in all, it works just as well as my late Aerolatte handheld. I like that it's rechargeable as I've used quite a few batteries in the past. My issue with this is that you need to switch between speeds, not just pick the one you want. This is a problem because sometimes I have to stop it before I'm done, and then when I pick it up again it runs at the next higher speed, causing the milk to fly out of the glass before I can go back to a lower setting. . I've ruined at least one shirt with flying milk stains. Due to the position and sensitivity of the on/off switch, I occasionally accidentally turn it off, which of course results in milk sloshing all over and reverting to a lower setting. I really wish you could just pick the speed, even if it just means high and low speed. I'm thinking about going back to single speed foamer. All but the lowest speed seems too powerful for frothing milk anyway. So it works, it has good battery life, but cycling was a problem for me. I'll keep using it for now, but maybe something else will come out soon.
