I can't rate this product because the instructions are so vague and confusing that I can't even use them! It looks like the instructions were written by someone who doesn't speak English and is using some sort of translation device. I say this because of the incorrect grammar and "unnatural" language. I could handle it if the numbered illustration was larger than 1.25" x 2.5" with 16 parts identified! I'm sitting here with ten pounds of apples to be peeled for apple butter! If you can decipher the illustration/instructions in my photo, how about you call me! lol I hope You Tube goes through again!
