I peeled apples and cores for apple pie. It worked, but the stand was very thin. The blades keep going out of position. Sometimes the apples would actually loosen the corer instead of allowing it to work properly. I had to keep moving the fruit to complete it. Wouldn't buy this model again. Others may be a few bucks more expensive, but hopefully they work properly.

This is the third peeler I've used. I was very disappointed with the first two, but this one is just beautiful. It takes some getting used to, but post a learning curve and you'll regret the years wasted on the knife. In short: make sure the apple is firm and unlabeled, hold the end of the peeler close to the knife to keep it from spinning, twist with your other hand and apply some force towards the knife, spin quickly.

This apple peeler is like a child's toy! The lever spring broke on the first try so I don't know if it works or not. Previous product description! If it was made in the USA, we should be ashamed. There is NO guide on how to use this item and just a little poorly written guide on how to assemble it? It comes assembled so it was of little use. I am disappointed and very upset with this product and the description. Revain needs to research this seller and product.

Sorry but the only thing I like about this product is the colour. I bought it to replace an old one from another company that worked fine for 3 years. The first apple I used a new one on was completely ruined. Of course I tried to adjust the cleaning blade, but the second apple had no luck either. I can't rate this product because the instructions are so vague and confusing that I can't even use them! It looks like the instructions were written by someone who doesn't speak English and is using some sort of translation device. I say this because of the incorrect grammar and "unnatural" language. I bought this vinyl cutter/cutter to be able to quickly do both in the kitchen where I work. My mom has one and it works great. However, the blade that is supposed to peel the apple does not always penetrate far enough into the apple skin to peel it evenly. There is usually a spot on the apple that isn't even peeled. I adjusted the blade but it didn't help. For what I used apples for, the peel pieces didn't bother me. Just wanted others to know that this is the problem area of this product. I…
