Sorry but the only thing I like about this product is the colour. I bought it to replace an old one from another company that worked fine for 3 years. The first apple I used a new one on was completely ruined. Of course I tried to adjust the cleaning blade, but the second apple had no luck either. Inhomogeneous nicks and unpeeled areas formed over the entire length of the apple. The blade didn't seem sharp enough. After ruining the 3rd apple I wanted to throw it in the trash. I was very dissatisfied with this purchase.
