If you notice, then I gave 4 stars, but rated all categories with 5 stars. This is because neither the website nor any of the instructions in the bag I bought them in include any of the blue ferrules that came with the fittings. I bought some shark fittings a while back and they came with something similar to this but were made to remove fittings from tub hoses. It took me forever to find a video showing how to install them. Once I got that information, the job was easy (pun intended). They worked great! Incidentally, they are locked with a small grip on the outside.
