This is a great product - incredibly affordable! I've used it in Taipei, Shenzhen and Hong Kong recently. After this trip I needed a USB adapter so I used it at home in the US as well. It works great in all of these places. It is very compact and very convenient with two built-in USB chargers. So much so that it's now part of my national road set, not just my international road set. On a recent trip to the Del Coronado Hotel in San Diego, the family used it to charge Android phones, iPhones, iPads and batteries. I only travel occasionally so this product is fine. Of course, this is not the highest processing quality, but a quite sufficient processing quality. However, if I were traveling frequently I would either buy a replacement or look for a product with a stronger construction: some adapters are mechanically weak/wobble during use. That's the only reason I deducted a star; not for operational reasons - it worked fine.
