Medium fits great. I'm 5ft 4in and 125lbs. Bust: 35 inches, High waist: 30 inches, Belly button waist: 34 inches, Hips: 38 inches. My only negatives are that the parts of the sequence sometimes snag and snag (but that's to be expected when you're wearing so much consistency) and that even with 4 inch heels I've still occasionally stepped on the dress (but I'm small). oooh, that happens with most dresses). Still, great dress. I wore it to my wedding and got so many compliments. It was stretchy and very easy to dance and twist, no problem. I used small safety pins to cover the V-neckline a bit as I didn't want to show too much skin. Also, I had to trim the inside of my chest to remove the padding (not my style).
