Great multipurpose hard drive!

I've had this hard drive in my car for a few days now and am very impressed so far. I bought this drive primarily for some applications in addition to my 2.5" Corsair 60GB Force Series 3 SATA III 6Gb/s SSD - CSSD-F60GB3A-BK which I use as a boot drive and several other applications start, save and run. Overall I was very happy with it. My system recognized the new drive immediately. Even for the Caviar Blue, which should be their mid-range drive, I'm happy with the read/write speeds and stability. SATA III, 6 bps is a noticeable difference from my previous drives. I was also pleased with how quiet it is. I had to put my ear to the body to hear how it worked. From my usual sitting position it is completely inaudible. At $59.99 this CD was a steal. If you are looking for a good storage drive this is a great buy.
