Part of the description says that this splitter allows two devices to be connected to the network at the same time. Further down in the description there is a note that two computers can't share an internet connection with this splitter (unless you connect them as shown in the picture and use both splitters, which requires two LAN ports and actually not really much makes sense: just use two ethernet cables from the LAN to the two devices). The only free way to return an item is to drive to a UPS store. Maybe it's not a problem for you, but for me it's a long journey. The device works as an extension cord, but that's not what I bought it for. Useless to me.
