I've been using my first blade in this set for over a week on countless cardstock, HDTV and self-adhesive vinyl projects and it's as sharp as when I started. However, they do seem to cut deeper than my other blades, so I had to set my machine to a lower setting for each material, for example when cutting HTV I used the sticky vinyl setting, otherwise it would cut through backing film in places. I advise you to make a few test cuts the first time you use the blades, otherwise it's a great price for replacement blades.
