So it all started with the fact that I have wl-520gc at home, which quietly presses 5-7 mb / s. over WAN and 10 mb/s over the grid, and it so happened that I moved to another apartment and decided to buy a WL-520gu. He has USB + more RAM. I didn’t use the usual firmware, but immediately started installing DD-WRT as it’s written, it should be installed through the recovery program, I went into XP, turned on the program, but she doesn’t see it, good people wrote about tftp, after which I immediately rolled up DD-WRT there, after 5 min restarted the device and it already appeared with a new web face. When using it, there were two minuses: - If someone is downloading, then the load jumps on the gateway up to 1.5 LA and the speed is up to 4.0 mb / s - Speed within the network up to 4.3 Mb/s I also think to use the speed if it will pull 2 computers at the same time . So I think I’ll probably switch to the old firmware (proyuzat if the speed is good there, then stay) so wait for an ate of the comment soon .
