This works well but when you have 2 holes it becomes more difficult. I have an existing hole but I am replacing the doorknob with 2 holes. It was easy to set up and line up with the existing hole, but even with all measurements, the second hole deviated 90% of the time. I checked each time that the handle lined up perfectly with the existing hole and it still didn't. Creating a product is what you paid for. I think items over $60 will have a heavier build and will be more accurate. It will be great if you drill 1 hole.
