I don't hate them, I just find them useless
Wow, how can you not love something as simple as a license plate frame? Four screws, washers and plastic covers. It's easy if: 1.) the screws are short 2.) the plastic covers don't snap onto the washers 3.) the washers are thick and prevent the screws from going into the brackets. I bought caps before. These are usually plastic washers with a lid that either folds over and covers the screw or just snaps open. I ended up gluing the covers onto the studs. Since I don't change my disk more than once every 2-3 years, this is an easy fix. But what a waste
