I am writing specifically to suggest how easy it is to deal with the problem of sticking the water supply valve. Remove the top with the motor (without hoses, filter and water tank), take it to the bathroom, turn it over and put it in the bath. Take a 10-20 ml syringe, fill it with ordinary tap water and push it into the hole to connect the water tank. For a better effect, you can make a rubber seal around the nozzle of the syringe. Make 2-3 passes, assemble the vacuum cleaner and try. The water went - well, the repair is over. There is no water, we repeat the procedure. If it doesn't help, welcome to Karcher service :)
