The dimensions were too small to fit. The inlet pipe was not quite suitable for connection to the filter box; I had to shorten it by bending my elbow to connect it to the filter hole. the screw connection that attached the tube to the top of the box was too short; I was able to find a thread with all the screws and two nuts to attach the pipe to the top of the airbox. For your information. There will be headaches with the R&R filter when it comes time to clean it. Access from below is uncomfortable, to say the least. .But.all said and done, it works great with the adjustments I had to make.
