Review on ๐Ÿถ Dog Head Collar: Effective No Pull Training Aid for Dogs on Walks, Inclusive of Free Training Guide, Comfortable Padding, 5 by Lisa Gunterman

Revainrating 5 out of 5

EDIT: Broke after 2 months.

EDIT: Now that I've had it for 2 months I'm updating my review. So, it was great, the first maybe 5 times I used it. After that we spent more than half of the walk with him trying to wipe it off his face. We did about 40 walks in total and today it pulled a little harder than usual and just snapped it in half. Not so happy with it anymore. OLD POSTI couldn't be happier with this pendant! I have a 90 lb 2 year old Labrador/German Shepherd mix that I had absolutely no control over when walking. He is stronger than me and taller than my thighs. He had no problem pulling me along no matter how hard I tried to control him. I literally went insane and felt like the worst pet owner ever. After walking with him, I usually couldn't feel my hands and had no strength. Then a colleague recommended this product to me and damn it was a game changer. After trying to film him and being a little brat for just a few minutes, he finally got distracted for a walk and it was amazing. I also bought a leash with hand straps on both ends so I can keep the handle close to his head. He followed me almost all the time, several times I gave him more space to walk. He walked right past many other dogs he obviously wanted to play with and when he tried to walk away he didn't get very far. And my hands didn't hurt at all after the walk. I'd say 98% of our walk was as smooth as can be, and 2% is that he tried to erase it from his face. He really doesn't like anything touching his face so I doubt it hurt him, I just think he doesn't like the new feeling. Anyhow, I literally cannot recommend it enough, especially if you have a very large dog that is difficult to walk.
