This rating is based on the fitment of this sensor on a 2000 Honda Civic LX - D16Y7 Engine - 1.6L SOHC 16 Valves. This sensor is designed to place the sensor upstream. Installed on 05/14/16, no problems so far. Along with this sensor I also replaced the lower sensor (Denso 234-4065) and catalytic converter/exhaust manifold (Dorman 674-439). Impressed with the improvement so far how well the car is working now. I had no issues with the length of the wire harness or the connection to the wire connector (on each sensor). If you are planning on installing this sensor into an existing converter/manifold or replacing everything like I did, there are some informative videos on You Tube that I can recommend. The videos helped a lot. FYI I also bought a 7/8 inch O2 sensor head and O2 sensor key for those of you who want to tackle this yourself like I did.
