Although Yinggeli has a fair assortment of apparel, footwear, and jewelry, I have had a negative shopping experience with them due to inconsistent sizing and unhelpful staff. One of the main problems I've run into is that their apparel and shoes don't seem to come in standard sizes.
I have ordered from Yinggeli several times, and each time I have had to return or replace the item because it didn't fit. It's annoying when an item you order in what you think is your size turns out to be either too tiny or too huge upon arrival. This sizing disparity is unacceptable and has resulted in me wasting time and money. Yinggeli also has terrible customer service. I have contacted them several times about sizing concerns, but they have always responded slowly or offered inadequate remedies. They are unconcerned with consumer feedback and willing to let unhappy buyers bear the brunt of their shoddy workmanship. My Yinggeli purchasing experience was negative overall. A stressful and unreliable buying experience is not possible due to inconsistent sizing and bad customer service.
