I gave 3 stars because the manufacturer's website didn't even recognize the model when I was looking for one driver to update searched . The case said my 500GB Samsung SSD didn't cause any problems, but it didn't work with an older PNY 120GB SSD. I figured I might need to update the driver for this case, but the manufacturer's website was a nightmare trying to locate the model I got right out of the box. I've used this case and a 500B Samsung SSD as a Windows 10 recovery boot drive on a laptop where I've swapped drives and everything worked fine. Since Windows 10 only needed 32GB for the recovery drive, I tried using 120GB PNY. SSD to create a Windows recovery disk for my tower PC, that's when I encountered the hard drive problem.
