Review on Denso 234 9002 Fuel Ratio Sensor by Bill Garczynski

Revane said this was the wrong part for my 1999 Toyota 4runner SR5 3.4 liter engine and automatic 4 wheel drive, although other sites said this was the case. It fits perfectly, including the correct electrical installation and cable length. Every month or two the check engine light would come on and say "Lean Bank 1" status, but the code didn't indicate any problems with the air/fuel ratio sensor. So far everything works great. Will update when something changes (i.e. Check Engine Light repeats). I suspect that the sensor I replaced has become somewhat "rotten". Anyway, this part fits and works great.
