Good quality in car carriers and carriers

It seems to be of good quality. Fits full length kids bike. It can be folded so you can open the back door. I have a Wrangler 04 with a full size tailgate as a spare. The tailgate does not release the collapsed shelf. It partially opens to allow access, but does not fully open. In order to fully open the bike carrier, it must be removed. It's ok, but the bike rack uses a bolt and nut for the hitch, which makes it less wobbly. You can use a regular needle to make things easier, but it wobbles.
