If you are looking for a nice fan, here it is. Finishes and style brighten up any space. Installation is easy compared to other fans I have installed. It uses a single toe fastening system. It attaches to an electric fan overhead box and allows the fan support rod to be placed and supported in the bracket while electrical connections are being made. The fan comes with everything you need to install and operate, including three lightbulbs, wire nuts and balancing weights. However, I didn't need a balancing weight for my setup. The fan runs very quietly at all speeds. The only thing I didn't like was the presence of three bulbs. That's 180 watts. I ended up buying CFL bulbs with a fan, 13 watts each, for a total of 39 watts. This added $18 to the total cost. Pros 1) Nice finish and style 2) Quiet operation at all speeds and directions 3) Comes with everything you need to connect to a fan control box Cons 1) 180w bulbs 2) No remote included. this is a very good fan. My wife is very happy with it and with my installation. The only reason for giving 4 stars is lightbulbs.
