Review on Good 12674 Rubber 50 Feet 8 Inch by Troy Arnold

This is a great rubber coated air hose, oil resistant and no coil memory. The only thing that consistently raises criticism is the softness of the brass tips and the possibility of air getting under the rubber. I think that's a valid observation, but easily avoided. In my opinion the most damage will happen when you screw your ends. It is ABSOLUTELY MANDATORY to use two wrenches, one to hold the end of the hose and the other to tighten the fitting. Those are pleated sleeves that hold everything together, leaving you with two easy sources of error: pinch damage and crease damage. That being said, if you keep your hose in good condition and remember to put fittings on, it will last a long time. I personally only use these hoses and have no reason to regret it. I find a wall mounted hand wheel for the hose essential. This keeps the tube clean and does not touch the tires.
