I bought this when the tab on the side of the passenger window switch broke making it much more difficult to raise and lower the window from this driver's side control panel. It looks very good and works very well. It glows just like the original when the light is on, and also gets brighter and dimmer depending on the control switch. The badges are slightly different from the OEM markings but for the price this is a great replacement.
