Not fully compatible with Apple MagSafe Charger

This item is not fully compatible with Apple MagSafe Charger. In order for it to work properly, you need to try different cable and adapter orientations (both reversed and rotated). Be patient, there is a solution. Once you find it, make a note of it and mark it accordingly. I also bought silicone straps to help with the orientation problem. Yes, my cat is teething.
