Works very well. They allow the use of .401 chisels/punches in larger .498 caliber tools. Other reviewers commented that they are too hard and could break as a result. I did as they mentioned and normalized them by heating them to red and then slowly letting them cool. I haven't had a single problem with them yet. Should the manufacturer simply supply them in this form?
