Review on ePlan by David Naranjo

I like that this software allows me access from anywhere in order get my residents information without having them come into our office! The support team has been very helpful when we have had questions about how or what features should work best with each other!! It would be nice if it allowed you more options than just choosing one option at once but overall i really enjoy using their products so much better then any of ours did before they came out. We are able solve many problems now by doing assessments remotely instead going through all paper files which was causing us alot stress because most people couldn't read well enough anyways. ! We used this software in our facility as well with other programs from their team like Carepath/CarePath+. The interface was easy enough that we were able use it without training or assistance at all! There are some things I'd love if they could improve upon but overall great product!! It's helped us keep up-to date of residents care plans so far very helpful when making changes such as medication adjustments etc..
