Review on UL Listed NICREW Preset Aquarium Heater with Submersible Electronic Thermostat for Fish Tanks by Jacki Beauchene

I had really high hopes for this heater as it had good reviews and the price wasn't bad. to set it up better, so I've gathered everything I need to set it up properly. Finally the tank was finished and the day came when I could change them. I checked the heating the day before and everything was fine! But the day I needed it, it stopped working in the middle. It was constantly on and off, let alone off for long periods of time. I knew it was a pre-installed heater, so I quickly put my finger down to check the water temperature. TOO COLD. The water that used to be hot is now cold. To double check I took my thermometer and it was 60 degrees. I kept trying different outlets and adjusting the cord, but it was always on and off, to the point where I was just tired and frustrated with her. I'm annoyed that I think I have a defective one, but I'm glad I can at least return it and replace it with a different type of heater. Oh, and at least the suction cups work REALLY well.
