I would highly recommend this non-geotextile fabric which is designed to catch debris that gets into the corrugated pipe but acts as a second layer of protection against anything that may seep through the non-geotextile fabric. If it's tight like a glove and going nowhere, after tightening the sleeve, spill debris on the pipe, fold the stuff like a burrito and you're gold.
