Review on Lube Locker Turbo 400 TH400 Transmission Gasket: Reliable and Proudly American-Made by Eric Aulia

I ordered this seal for my TH400 with a factory stamped pan. This gasket was much thinner than expected and I was unable to get a proper seal. I think this is due to the raised ribs on the rim of the pan and also because the gasket is too stiff and thin to form those ribs when the mounting bolts are tightened to the specified torque. I ordered a 3/16 inch thick Moroso rubber gasket after it failed, it seems to seal perfectly with no leaks. I would not recommend a Lube Locker Pad.
