Lost earring, arrived broken and uneven.

Only 1 earring came. Anyway, I've never really cared about earrings so I wasn't too upset, but I paid for them so I had to get them. My main problem is that the bib is broken. Luckily the o-ring was still in the bag so I was able to put it back on. I think it's beautiful, but it's not even finished yet. So he has more problems than just the lack of an O-ring.
