Great tools at an affordable price and the customer service was fast and honest! I ordered a set of 4, when it arrived the pear slicer was disassembled (they put protective rubber on the blades to protect them but apparently UPS got the job done). I emailed customer support and received a response almost immediately with a more than fair offer. The tools themselves are very good and work well, especially for the price! I recommend trying them out if, like me, you want to try carbide tools for the first time without spending a fortune. I've only been using them for a few days and still love my HSS tools but they are a great addition and will be of great use in my shop!
