Pros: >Lightweight, I wore this hood while running in the tube and I didn't experience neck fatigue when running on the ground like my Miller did . The hood's retention system ensures comfortable wear over long periods of time. You don't need proprietary magnifying lenses when working with small welds. Beyond the arch you will lose your shadow. But I've never had a flash in this lens hood > the external polish button on the lens hood is amazing > multiple touch presets for different shades Cons > Protective lenses aren't cheap, I paid £40 for a 5 pack. If you have the habit of approaching welds, you will easily deform this lens and make it difficult to see through. Just get used to welding with your head at a normal distance and you'll be fine. I wish the hood had a rechargeable battery for the price. But that's a personal complaint.
