The best helmet I've ever had.

The Sentinel A 50 has got to be the best investment I've ever made. Lightweight and very comfortable. I had to get used to how high you can slide the helmet up as it doesn't go fully upright but stops right above the forehead. The adjustable straps for your head are amazing and you can even adjust how far you want the helmet from your face.

Pros
  • Sentinel Helmet
Cons
  • Useless Features

Overall pretty good lens hood

Good, with the grind mode button on the outside, but the advert for 'scratch resistance' is actually a joke, the lens will scratch at the slightest rub against it everything, but the headgear really is some of the best I've had and the touchscreen is a nice touch too. Just be prepared to order new lenses every few months like you would with any other hat. Overall 4/5 would be 5/5 if price was $100 less.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Piggy bank price

Decent hood/overpriced

Overall this is a decent hood, but a little pricey for what you get. Better field of view than my Lincoln/HF/or Kobalt. More convenient and easier. Scammers don't stay in place like others. Not sure if it's just mine or if they're all, but it goes through batteries like candy even when not in use - would be better (closer to cost = price) with a rechargeable battery pack or solar charger. Stock up on batteries and it will get the job done. Scratch resistance isn't scratch proof, so be careful…

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options

Great hood, competitive with others for their price

Pros: >Lightweight, I wore this hood while running in the tube and I didn't experience neck fatigue when running on the ground like my Miller did . The hood's retention system ensures comfortable wear over long periods of time. You don't need proprietary magnifying lenses when working with small welds. Beyond the arch you will lose your shadow. But I've never had a flash in this lens hood > the external polish button on the lens hood is amazing > multiple touch presets for different…

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Not sure
