If you want your garage to light up like the 50 yard-line of the Super Bowl then these lights are for you! I couldn't recommend them enough. For the price, you can't beat them. I've used $3,000 surgical lights that don't have the full area illumination of these puppies. I have two installed in my 2 car garage and can light up my whole kitchen and dining room just by opening the door into the house!There was some minor LED cycle "shuttering" when I first installed them but after they warmed up the first time the refresh rate seemed to stabilize and that has since gone away. I don't have access to equipment to confirm but I would estimate the refresh rate to be 60hz+ once they are warmed up. They also do a tremendous job of providing indirect light off of the walls that seems to even out the light distribution to a level I've never experienced before. I couldn't recommend these highly enough!
