I finally replaced the radiator on my Civic after 200,000 miles and thought it would be a good idea to change the hoses as well. So I did. I received this hose and it is the same length and shape as the OEM, but it is too long and kinks a bit. I suppose it can be cut but I didn't have anything to make a clean cut so I left it that way. The bend isn't big enough to block the coolant, so I slide it in that direction. It took a little effort to get it into a comfortable fit, but it worked great. A few miles later I touched it (lower radiator hose) and it felt pretty hot and wasn't leaking. Time will tell how he handles the Arizona summer.
