Well, they are NOT full length drawer slides. They leave about 1.5 inches in the closet so it got a bit tight with my 12 inch drawers. Soft-close also works so-so. You have to really try to slam for the soft close to work properly. Yes, the bearings are fine. Not as smooth as expected and may affect why auto/soft close works so-so. If a better bearing or more bearings or (whatever that is) were made to make the chute run smoothly and not like there's debris or sand in the chute, the automatic closing would probably work much better. The reason I gave it a star rating is because I gave them that value for money. They open and close like drawers should. Function with automatic closer with some effort to close the drawer. So I'm very happy with the purchase and not spending hundreds of dollars on a better drawer slide. Of course, this check takes place within 24 hours after installation. I hope they will be like fine wine and improve and get better over time. The time will show.
