Sturdy dowels, smooth finish

This set of 100 1/4" wooden dowels were used for crafting. The 1/4" is quite strong and the sticks provided were the same size and sanded smooth. The job was about 10% unfinished. The sticks appear to have been repackaged. Came in two packs of 50. Each sealed bag contained another plastic bag with a hole in the bottom. Some must have fallen out of the original packaging. Worth sending back not, so I kept and used what was sent.
