I like that it allows me as well know what my customers are doing when they're using our software without them knowing (via logs) - which helps us improve features/fixes quickly! The UI could be better though; i find myself reading more than just looking at graphs or data points in order make decisions about where we should focus next etc., so some tooling around this would help too :) Definitely worth having if you want visibility into customer use cases / problems from their end via insights gathered through logging & analytics tools such as Loggly et al..
