One of my favorite things about this system was that I could easily set up multiple tenants to different accounts with their own billing information so they didn't have access each others' files or data from previous users/customers when switching over! If someone were in need an accounting program then real properties might fit your needs well but keep searching around as other programs may offer more features than what we needed here too while being easier-to use overall.
