Easy to use app with powerful search capabilities that allows you to quickly find what information or property in your system needs attention - be it repairs needed or tenant payments due! The best feature of this program it's that you can manage all your properties in one place! You could easily track everything from rent to vacancy rates with ease through outout years (if used properly). This was very difficult at first because I had never worked so much online before but once we figured things our way around they were able t do anything!!
