The best feature of this program it's that you can manage all your properties in one place! You could easily track everything from rent to vacancy rates with ease through outout years (if used properly). This was very difficult at first because I had never worked so much online before but once we figured things our way around they were able t do anything!! It has been an amazing help as well since my husband works remotely now which makes keeping up easier when he isn't there physically taking care his office space himself or helping me keep tabs throughout multiple buildings/properties etc..
