Easy to use app with powerful search capabilities that allows you to quickly find what information or property in your system needs attention - be it repairs needed or tenant payments due! The only thing I don’t like about this program are two things; one being I would love more reports available (e.g., rent roll), but as stated above they do have them so not much room there unfortunately - also no mobile platform yet which does make scheduling inspections difficult when working out of state from home at times!! This product has allowed us the ability to easily stay organized with our rental properties while keeping up-to date records regarding maintenance issues etc.
